Will be responsible for building maintenance primarily, but will also assist with other areas.  General knowledge of simple repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, replacing blinds and filters, moving furniture, painting etc.  Will also serve as a back up driver for bus route when someone is absent.  Will also be responsible for after hours emergencies that might arise
