Our Mission
The mission of HCAEC, Inc. is to provide services based on individual preferences and needs. We will provide, within a safe, caring and considerate environment, developmentally disabled persons training in life, social and work skills that will enable them to function in the community.
What We Do
HCAEC, Inc. promotes and supports high-quality services and solutions for developmentally disabled persons and their families. We are an independent, donor-funded 501-c3 non-profit organization that seeks to provide current, relevant information and ideas about behavioral health and developmental disability policies and programs in Georgia. Our Team Members provide a wide, diverse, and increasingly popular schedule of programs designed to positively influence the lives of our developmentally challenged neighbors.
