Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required. Experience in cafeteria/restaurant work required. Must be Food Handler certified or be willing to obtain one.
Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
Support adults with disabilities as they learn food prep, serving, and kitchen safety
Provide one-on-one coaching and encouragement
Help foster independence and confidence
Keep things running smoothly in a busy cafeteria environment
